Refunds & Replacements

We understand that sometimes errors can occur. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a replacement.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must:

  • Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
  • Provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect product

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened or used products. We also cannot accept returns for products that are not damaged or incorrect.
